In today's fast-paced world, everyone has their own lifestyle. As a senior high school student, my lifestyle is not only related to study but also includes daily habits and personal interests. I believe that a healthy and balanced lifestyle can help me achieve better results in both study and life.
First of all, time management is very important in my daily routine. I usually get up at 6:30 a.m. and go to bed at 10:30 p.m. I try to make the best use of my time by making a schedule for each day. For example, I spend two hours on homework after school, and one hour on reading or listening to English songs. This helps me stay focused and avoid wasting time on unnecessary things.
Secondly, I pay attention to my health. Although I have a lot of homework, I never forget to exercise. I often run in the morning or play basketball with my classmates after school. Exercise not only keeps me strong but also helps me relax and improve my concentration when studying.
In addition, I have some hobbies that bring me joy. I like reading books, especially novels and science fiction. Reading helps me expand my knowledge and improves my English vocabulary. I also enjoy drawing and sometimes share my works on social media. These activities help me relieve stress and feel more positive about life.
However, I know that there are still some bad habits I need to improve. For instance, I sometimes watch too much TV or use my phone for a long time before going to bed. I realize that this affects my sleep quality and energy level the next day. So I am trying to reduce screen time and read a book instead.
In conclusion, my lifestyle is simple but meaningful. It helps me balance study and rest, and makes me a happier and healthier person. I believe that with continuous efforts, I can develop even better habits and achieve more in the future.
