Hello! My name is Li Hua, and today I would like to share my typical school day with you. Every morning, I wake up at 6:30 a.m. The first thing I do is to get ready for the day. I brush my teeth, wash my face, and have breakfast. My favorite breakfast is toast with jam and a glass of milk. It gives me energy for the day ahead.
After breakfast, I walk to school with my friends. We always talk about interesting things as we go. When we arrive at school, it’s already time for class. Our school day starts at 8:00 a.m., and we usually have four classes in the morning. Each class lasts about 45 minutes, followed by a short break.
During lunchtime, which is around 12:00 p.m., I enjoy eating with my classmates. We bring our own lunches or eat in the school cafeteria. After lunch, we have two more classes in the afternoon. These classes are usually more relaxed, and sometimes we play games or do fun activities.
School ends at 4:30 p.m., and after that, I often join a club or practice sports with my friends. My favorite activity is basketball because it helps me stay healthy and strong. Once I finish my activities, I head home and start doing my homework. Homework takes me about an hour to complete.
In the evening, I relax by watching TV or reading a book. Sometimes, I help my mom prepare dinner. At 9:00 p.m., it’s time to go to bed so that I can be well-rested for another busy day tomorrow.
